You begin earning Paid Time Off (PTO) on your hire date, the PTO year runs from January 1st – December 31st.
120 Hours Annually (15 days)

Flexible Work Schedules
OMNI Technologies recognizes the importance of workplace flexibility for its employees. Creativity, innovation and flexibility are important to be able to respond effectively to changing business needs. OMNI Technologies supports a variety of flexible work arrangements including flextime and telecommuting. Flexibility options will vary depending upon the type of work performed and the work location.
Dependent Care Reimbursement Account
A Dependent Care Reimbursement Account helps you pay for eligible dependent care expenses using pre-tax dollars. Examples of eligible expenses include most forms of child care up to the age of 13, as well as certain forms of adult care. Through payroll deductions, you can set aside up to $5,000 per year if single and $2,500 per year if single on a pre-tax basis.
Currently offered in most states, the Transportation Benefit provides savings on commuting expenses through pre-tax payroll deductions. Only OMNI Technologies commuting expenses are eligible including mass transit costs, vanpool expenses and parking.
