OMNI Technologies offers several comprehensive medical coverage plans, all plans cover in-network preventive care, generally at 100%. Prescription drugs, doctor’s visits, hospitalization, surgery and mental health care are also covered by all of the plans.
Prescription Drug Coverage
You automatically receive coverage for prescription drugs when you enroll in any OMNI Technologies medical plan. There is no additional cost to you for this coverage. Your out-of-pocket cost for prescription drugs varies based on your medical plan; if you need a short-term or long-term prescription; and, in most cases, whether your prescription is for a generic equivalent, preferred brand or non-preferred brand drug. In all cases, your out-of-pocket costs are lowered.
OMNI Technologies pays 100% of the Dental coverage plan, the plan includes basic needs such as annual check-ups and cleaning and more extensive treatment including orthodontia.
OMNI Technologies pays 100% of the Vision coverage plan, the plan provides coverage for a wide range of vision care services, including routine examinations, lenses, frames and contact lenses.
Health Care Reimbursement Account
A Health Care Reimbursement Account helps you pay for eligible health care expenses such as deductibles, copayments, and services that you or your spouse’s medical, dental, and vision care plans do not cover or cover only in part. Through payroll deductions, you can set aside up to $2,550 per year on a pre-tax basis.
Dependent Care Reimbursement Account
Through payroll deductions you can set aside up to $5,000 per year if married, and $2,500 per year if single, on a pre-tax basis. This can be used toward eligible daycare expenses for children age 12 and under or for adult daycare expenses for disabled spouse or IRS tax dependent.
